Simplest setup

One span gas + one diluent

For routine multi-point calibration with only two gases, the compact Zephyr II is the most portable, plug-and-play choice — with an optional 6-hour battery for field work.

Choose ZEPHYR II
Flexible & evolving

Multi-gas benches that grow

For 2 to 6 gases and needs that change over time, the fully configurable Aiolos III platform is the central gas blender for complex, multi-analyzer benches.

Choose AIOLOS III
In the field

On-site & mobile calibration

For AMS checks, audits and mobile labs, the Nomad brings the same traceable dilution technology to a rugged, portable case with a built-in PC.

Choose NOMAD
Most complex mixtures

Up to 16 gases at once

For synthetic atmospheres, interference testing and chemometric model building, the Hurricane blends up to 16 gases simultaneously (up to 20 on request).

Choose HURRICANE
Industrial & continuous

High-throughput production benches

For continuous QA/QC and production environments, the GRack integrates GasMix™ technology into a 19″ rack for automated, always-on calibration workflows.

Choose GRACK
From liquids

VOCs, solvents & humidity

For compounds unstable or unavailable in cylinders, the Nephos generates gas standards directly from liquids using Coriolis mass metering — from % down to ppb.

Choose NEPHOS

FAQ

Choosing a GasMix gas mixer

The most common questions when comparing the GasMix™ range.

How do I choose the right GasMix gas mixer?

Start from your application. For the simplest two-gas setup, choose the compact Zephyr II. For flexible multi-gas benches (2 to 6 channels), choose the Aiolos III. For field and on-site work, choose the portable Nomad. For complex mixtures of up to 16 gases, choose the Hurricane. For continuous industrial workflows, choose the rack-mounted GRack. To generate standards from liquids such as VOCs or humidity, choose the Nephos.

Which GasMix gas mixer has the most channels?

The Hurricane is the most powerful model in the range, blending 7 to 16 gases simultaneously, with custom builds up to 20 channels on request. The Aiolos III and GRack handle 2 to 6 channels, the Nomad 2 to 4, and the Zephyr II 2 channels.

Which GasMix model is best for on-site or field calibration?

The Nomad is designed for field use, packaged in a rugged case with a built-in PC. The Zephyr II is also field-ready thanks to its compact footprint and optional 6-hour battery. Both are ISO 6145-7 compliant and provide the same traceable metrology as benchtop GasMix systems.

Are all GasMix gas mixers ISO 6145-7 compliant?

Yes. The Zephyr II, Aiolos III, Nomad, Hurricane and GRack are ISO 6145-7 compliant, delivering ±1% setpoint accuracy and NIST-traceable calibration. The Nephos gas channels are ISO 6145-7 compliant, with liquid metering by Coriolis mass flow.
