What is AlySoft?
AlySoft is the software that drives every GasMix™ gas mixer and LiqMix™ liquid-to-gas system. It is the single control layer behind the whole range from the compact Zephyr II to the 16-channel Hurricane turning a target concentration into a fully automated, traceable calibration sequence. Instead of manually calculating flow rates and documenting each run, you enter what you need; AlySoft computes the flows and uncertainties, drives the mass flow controllers, synchronizes your analyzer, and issues a certificate at the end.
Developed in-house by AlyTech, AlySoft is what makes a GasMix™ system more than a set of flow controllers: it enforces ISO 6145-7 methodology, records every action in an Audit Trail, and applies role-based access so calibration stays repeatable and QA-compliant across operators. One interface controls every mixer you own, whether on a laboratory bench, a production line or in the field.

Why the software matters as much as the hardware
Two gas mixers with identical hardware can deliver very different results depending on how they are driven. AlySoft is where GasMix™ accuracy becomes defensible: it applies the multi-point MFC calibration curves stored for each gas matrix, computes the uncertainty of every final concentration, not just the setpoint, and logs the full chain so any result can be reconstructed and audited later. This is what lets laboratories replace certified cylinders with on-demand standards and still satisfy ISO 6145-7, EN 14181 and NIST-traceability requirements.
Because AlySoft is common to the entire range, a method built on one instrument transfers to another: your teams learn one interface, and sequences, gas libraries and calibration curves move with them. It depends on the instrument. The Zephyr II runs AlySoft embedded on a 7″ touchscreen with no external PC. Bench and rack systems such as the Aiolos III, Hurricane, GRack and Nephos run AlySoft on a Windows PC connected over Ethernet. Either way, the interface and workflow are the same.
