GasMix™ & LiqMix™ Solutions
Alytech combines GasMix™ gas mixer technology with LiqMix™ liquid-to-gas modules to deliver accurate, repeatable and traceable gas calibration. As a result, you can choose a GasMix or LiqMix solution depending on whether your source is a gas or a liquid. In addition, both systems can work together as a complete calibration platform.
Start from gas or from liquid: GasMix or LiqMix
Alytech offers two complementary calibration paths. If your source is a gas (cylinders, gas standards), you use a GasMix gas mixer, gas diluter and gas blender to prepare the right mixtures dynamically. Conversely, if your source is a liquid (solutions, VOCs, semi-volatiles), you use a LiqMix module to convert it into a controlled vapour or aerosol.
In practice, you will use a GasMix or LiqMix solution depending on the phase of your starting material. However, in many projects both paths are combined: GasMix for gas-phase calibration and LiqMix for liquid-derived vapours. This way, you can build a fully flexible and traceable workflow.

GasMix™ — gas mixer, gas diluter & gas blender family
GasMix™ systems are high-precision gas mixers and gas diluters that prepare calibration gas mixtures on demand from a few reference cylinders. Because of this, they support benchtop, rack-mounted and portable configurations, all based on the same gas mixer and gas diluter principles. Moreover, they offer consistent accuracy across all models.

LiqMix™ solutions extend the GasMix platform to liquids. Instead of starting from gas cylinders, you inject or permeate liquids to generate a controlled gas-phase output. This makes LiqMix ideal for VOC, semi-volatile and odour applications where preparing stable gas cylinders is difficult or impractical.
NEPHOS — LiqMix module
NEPHOS is a LiqMix module that generates vapours from liquids by controlled evaporation and mixing. Therefore, it can be combined with GasMix systems to simulate real-world atmospheres containing VOCs or semi-volatiles.
GasMix or LiqMix, or both
For many applications you will choose a GasMix or LiqMix path depending on whether your reference is a gas or a liquid. However, some projects combine both to build a complete gas and vapour calibration bench controlled from one software environment.
