Environmental analysis — built on demand
GasMix™ and LiqMix™ provide metrology-grade standards for ambient air, emissions, and biogas — enabling EN 14181 / ISO 14385 workflows with full traceability and automation.
- AMS/EMS calibration & QA/QC
- Multi-point linearity
- Certificate per mixture
- Analyzer sync & audit trail
GasMix™ automates multi-point calibration for air and stack analyzers (SO₂, NO/NOx, CO, CO₂, O₂, NH₃, etc.), reducing cylinders and bench time — with auditable results.
Why it fits environmental & emissions workflows
Metrology-grade core
Certified accuracy, certificate per mixture, uncertainty accounting and full traceability.
Linearity made easy
Generate multi points across range, run repeatability checks, and export signed reports (PDF/CSV/JSON).
Analyzer sync
Digital I/O (dry contact/TTL), programmable delays & flushing, watchdog event logs and alarms.
On-site flexibility
Bench, portable or rack systems. One standard gas → many concentrations, fewer cylinders to stock.
On demand — built for your analyzers, ranges and standards
- Customize: matrices, ranges, sequences, reporting.
- Automate: multi-point sequences, holds, ramps, rinses.
- Document: audit trail, users/roles, signed certificates.
Standards & QA levels for AMS/EMS
Current standards like EN 14181 and ISO 14385 define QA procedures for automated measuring systems (AMS) and continuous emission monitoring (CEMs). GasMix™ helps you execute linearity and ongoing checks efficiently with proper documentation.
Linearity & repeatability
Run at least 6 equally spaced points across the measuring range (e.g., 0–20–40–60–80–95%). Repeatability at key levels.
- Automated sequences & delays
- Residuals vs. generated concentrations
- Export plots & tables for audits
Method references
Setups frequently reference:
- EN 14212 (SO₂ by UV fluorescence)
- EN 14211 (NOx by chemiluminescence)
- EN 14626 (CO by NDIR)
GasMix™ supports multipoint routines and event logging for these methods.
Inventory & uncertainty
One standard plus diluent → multiple points. Mix range cuts gas consumption; uncertainty stays documented.
- Certificate per mixture
- User/role audit trail
- PDF/CSV/JSON reports
Application examples
Performance control for air monitoring analyzers
Automatic sequences in AlySoft were configured for SO₂, NO/NOx and CO analyzers to assess linearity at six concentrations (e.g., 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 95%) and repeatability at selected levels (zero, 95% and national calibration concentration).
- Residuals calculated vs. real generated concentrations
- Conforms with EN 14212, EN 14211, EN 14626
- Requires diluter calibration over all generated points
On-site multi-point calibration for EMS/CEMs
Generate on-demand standards directly at the stack shelter. Reduce cylinder inventory and lead times while maintaining traceability and signed reports for audits.
- Programmable delays & rinses
- Analyzer sync (dry contact/TTL)
- Signed PDF/CSV/JSON outputs
Biogas recovery — siloxanes & H₂S studies
Using LiqMix™, a liquid standard of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane is vaporized to produce a siloxane standard for GC calibration, optionally mixed with an H₂S standard. Enables multi-day trials to evaluate purification media and process efficiency.
- Stable delivery over long campaigns
- Supports complex matrices & traces
- Full audit trail and reporting
